Browser Setup

The MSS requires a Firefox or Chrome Browser with Adobe Flash enabled. The browser uses Adobe Flash to connect directly to the sensor using an encrypted channel. This browser-to-sensor connection is required for a number of management functions and real-time event notifications. If your sensor is correctly configured and is running, you should see an LED light on the top-right corner of your browser turning from Red , to Yellow , to Blue , and finally Green .

• Red means the sensor is not connected to the browser.
• Yellow means the sensor is connecting to the browser.
• Blue means the sensor has established an encrypted channel to the browser
• Green signifies that the sensor is connected and all necessary processes are currently running on the sensor.

Once you see a Green light, it means the browser setup is complete.
